I've been there. I can't very well give you advice, since I don't know your situation, but I can tell you what I do. I pray a lot. and I try to remember that the only one who really knows what I'm going through, who knew me before I was even an embryo, is always there to talk to. and he holds me in his loving hands, no matter how bleak things seem. thinking about that really does give me comfort on the crummy days. I hope things look up for you, and in the meantime, I pray that god's peace will wash over you.
